A noisy neighbour has been fined £600 following six months of “rowdy behaviour” at her Colne home.
Carrie Ann Taylor, of Sutherland Street, was prosecuted by Pendle Council after her neighbours reported they were having difficulty sleeping.
Music with an excessively loud bass beat, raised voices, and swearing were reported during visits from Lancashire’s Night Time Noise Service.
Taylor was found guilty of five breaches of a Noise Abatement Notice, served to her in November, at Reedley Magistrates Court.
She was also ordered to pay £130 in court costs and a £60 victim surcharge
