A Burnley pub is looking for families whose Christmas did not live up to expectations, and is offering them a second Christmas, along with £1,000 cash and a meal.
The Hollywood Star, on Manchester Road, wants people to nominate worthy families whose Christmas was disappointing, perhaps because loved ones were separated, or because there was a calamity on the day.
The family pub restaurant is part of the The Fayre & Square chain, and one lucky family will be chosen by the company’s own “Fayrie Godmother” after January 10th.
