There is still time for Pendle businesses to book places on a free “Give Your Business Some Oomph” workshop at Colne Town Hall on Monday evening.
Led by businesswoman Kate Hardcastle, the three-hour workshop, which starts at 5-30pm, is modelled on the “oomph” workshops that have been delivered worldwide.
It will provide attendees with the stepping stones for how to offer the best service to a consumer and achieve that loyalty.
As well as founding her business transformation organisation Insight With Passion, Kate has forged a highly successfully media career. She’s the go-to business expert for the BBC and radio and has appeared on ITV and Sky News giving her own comment and opinion.
