Members of the Pendleside Hospice Fence Fundraising Group raised £1,202 at their annual coffee morning this month.
Sammi Bracewell, fund-raiser from Pendleside Hospice, said: “Thank you very much to all the members of our Fence Fundraising Group who give up their time and put so much effort into raising money each year.
“Big thanks go to Janet Heliwell and her helpers who baked cakes and hosted the coffee morning. All the money raised goes towards caring for local people who have been diagnosed with life-limiting illnesses.”
