A 31-YEAR-OLD Nelson man has appeared in court charged with burglary while in possession of an imitation firearm.
Mark William Healey, of Belgrave Street, was sent in custody to Burnley Crown Court when he appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with aggravated burglary, burglary at a house in Priory Chase and attempted burglary at a house in Bath Street.
