A 20-year-old man has been charged with threats to kill following an incident in Burnley.
Just after 4-30pm on Monday, police received a concern for safety call in relation to a woman at an address on Escott Gardens.
Officers attended, a cordon was put in place and a negotiator was called to the scene.
Following more than 25 hours of negotiation, a woman left the property unharmed.
Luke Entwistle, of Escott Gardens, is due to appear at Burnley Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
A 15-year-old boy who was arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment has been released on bail pending further inquiries.
