Two Burnley solicitors will face a disciplinary tribunal in London in April.
The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal has listed a hearing for John McNab and Kimberley Bridge, formerly of SFN Solicitors, for April 15th and 16th. Non-solicitor Nicola Roach will also be dealt with at this hearing.
The tribunal has certified that Miss Bridge has a case to answer in respect of 18 allegations.
Mr McNabb faces 11 allegations and Miss Roach faces nine.
Another former SFN solicitor, Mrs Tracy Stansfield, can continue in her role as a litigation solicitor at Brierfield firm Farnworth Rose subject to a number of conditions.
SFN Solicitors, in Red Lion Street, Burnley, was closed down by the SRA in January last year.
