Police have appealed for information after a spate of van exhaust thefts in Colne in a week.
The exhaust and catalytic converter for a Mercedes Vito van was stolen as it was parked in Ruskin Avenue, Colne, between Tuesday, May 27th, and Saturday, May 31st.
Then overnight between Thursday, May 29th, and Friday, May 30th, the exhaust system and catalytic converter was cut from a Mercedes Vito parked in Skipton Road, Colne.
On the same night, another Mercedes Vito was targeted for the exhaust and catalytic converter in Bradley Street, Colne.
This follows the theft of an exhaust system and catalytic converter from an Iveco van parked at the Holker Business Centre, Colne, overnight between May 19th and 20th.
